Mrs. Ellen East, 67, retired employee of Tupperware Inc., died Sunday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital after a short illness. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. East, the widow of Wilson East, leaves six daughters, Mrs. Ruby Frances Mullins of Palmersville, Mrs. Dorothy N. Davidson of Elgin, Ill., Mrs. Wanda East of Friendship, Mrs. Geraldine Barlow of Henry, Mrs. Emma Sue Umstead of Huntingdon and Mrs. Mable Sue Owens of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; three sons, Jackie Creekmore of Hickory Ridge, Ark., and Charlie Leo Bratton and Kenneth D. Bratton, both of Paris; four sisters, Mrs. Helen Summerhill and Mrs. Opal Daly, both of West Helena, Ark., and Mrs. Mildred Cobb and Mrs. Faye Brimhaff, both of Wynne, Ark.; a brother, Elvis Smith of Wynne, 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
