FUNERAL SERVICES MOURNING
JAMES WILLIAM COWAN--retired farmer of Central, were held Thursday at Central Assembly of God, burial in Mary's Chapel Cemetery. Mr. COWAN, 69, died at the home of his son, Wm. Leslie COWAN at Arp. Death followed a long illness. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Rosie COWAN; two brothers, Monroe COWAN and Jack COWAN, both of Ripley; and one sister, Mrs. A. V. McBroom, of Ripley.
