A. D. BURKS, 83, owner of Dr. Pepper Bottling Co., in Dyersburg, died Wednesday of last week in Parkview Hospital; Dyersburg. Services were Friday in Curry Funeral Home, burial in Fairview Cemetery. Mr. BURKS was born in the Unionville community near Halls, and entered the bottling business in 1931. He leaves his wife, Maude Conklin BURKS; his sister, Mrs. J. M. CHAMBERS, of Unionville; and his brother, Carl BURKS, of Tulsa, Okla.
