RIPLEY; Margaret Best, 71, homemaker, died Saturday May 15, 2004 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton in Covington. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Garner Funeral Home. She was a member of Mary's Chapel Baptist Church. Mrs. Best, the widow of Dallas Best, leaves two daughters, Judy Marstaller of Lewiston, Maine, and Cheryl Jones of Westmoreland; a son, Victor Newlin of Ripley, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
