Deed - Lot

I, Daniel Harrison, for and in consideration of the sum of  two dollars to me cash in hand paid, the receipt of which To is hereby acknowledged, have this day bargained and M. D. Cox- sold and do hereby bargain, sell, transfer and convey to Elder &c M. D. Cox, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described piece or parcel of land in the 6th Civil District of Lauderdale County State of Tennessee,

beginning on my East line at rock corner, the Northeast corner of a certain lot of land this day conveyed to John White, Elder &c, thence North with my line 33 feet to a rock; thence West 22 feet to a rock with white oak pointers; thence South 51 feet to a rock corner; thence East 4 feet to said John White's Southwest corner; Thence North 18 feet with his line to his Northwest corner; thence with his line East 18 feet to the beginning, containing all the lands enclosed in the above boundaries.

To have and to hold the same to the said M. D. Cox, his heirs and assigns forever. I covenant that I am lawfully seized of said land, have good right to convey it, and that the same is unencumbered and I will warrant and forever defend the title to the same to the said M. D. Cox, his heirs and assigns.

Personally appeared before me, clerk of the county court of said county, Daniel Harrison, the within named bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he executed the within instrutment for the purpose therein contained.
