15th Tennessee Infantry<\/p>\n

Co. E, “Madrid Bend Guards”: June 8, 1861<\/p>\n

Company D was composed of men from what originally was Obion County but later<\/p>\n

became Lake County. After consolidation with Company A at Corinth, R.B.<\/p>\n

Donaldson became captain; R.B. Lane, 1st Lt.; J.J. Thompson, 2nd Lt.; and<\/p>\n

W.W.Whitson, Orderly Sgt. Lt. Lane became captain when Donaldson was killed.<\/p>\n
