Mr. Flowers, 59, died September 1 after a lengthy illness. <strong>Brother Jim Revves<\/strong> officiated at the service with burial at Concord Cemetery. The Humphreys County Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Flowers was born in Humphreys County and had been a resident of Humphreys County for 15 years. Mr. Flowers was the son of the late <strong>Luke\u00a0Flowers\u00a0and Bessie\u00a0<\/strong><b>Holly<\/b>\u00a0<b>Flowers<\/b>. He was married to <strong>Dorothy Jean Herndon Flowers<\/strong>.
