(d. 1996)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Funeral services for James H.\u00a0<b>Edwards<\/b>, 93, of Dickson, were held at 2 p.m.,Monday, Sept. 2, 1996, at the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Talbert officiating. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery, Hustburg.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Edwards died Sept. 1 at Horizon Medical Center. He was born Jan. 7, 1903, the son of the late Eddie Lee Edwards and Ida Jones Edwards.He was married to the late Almetta (Allie)\u00a0<b>Jackson<\/b>. Mr. Edwards was a native of Dickson County and was a farmer and factory worker.He was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include his daughters, Jewel\u00a0<b>Blanchard<\/b>, Rossie\u00a0<b>Burgess<\/b>\u00a0and Kathy\u00a0<b>Morzon<\/b>, all of Dickson, and Margie\u00a0<b>Turner<\/b>, Hammond, Ind. ; sister Alline\u00a0<b>Shepperson<\/b>,Dickson; 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Funeral services for James H.\u00a0Edwards, 93, of Dickson, were held at 2 p.m.,Monday, Sept. 2, 1996, at the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro.
