DAVIDSON<\/strong>, physician, aged 25, and of good reputation, is in jail at Lewisburg, on the charge of abducting <strong>Miss Sallie McCORY<\/strong>, aged 20, of Chapel Hill, for prostitution. \u00a0<strong>DAVIDSON,<\/strong> who lives at Allisonia, this county, is alleged to have gone to the young lady&#8217;s house last Monday night and asked her to go to Allisonia, where they would be married. \u00a0She consented reluctantly, and they started.
