BAILEY<\/strong>, of Elbert county, was shot and killed in the court house here today by <strong>Arnold WORLEY<\/strong>, a well known attorney of this city. Citizens were greatly excited and <strong>WORLEY<\/strong> was sent to Athens, Ga., as a precaution.
