Taylor<\/i><\/b><i style=\"font-size: 0.95em; line-height: 1.6em;\"><span>, adm\u2019r, &amp;c., of<\/span><\/i><b style=\"font-size: 0.95em; line-height: 1.6em;\"><i> Emaline TAYLO<\/i><\/b><i style=\"font-size: 0.95em; line-height: 1.6em;\"><span><strong>R<\/strong>, dec\u2019d vs <\/span><\/i><b style=\"font-size: 0.95em; line-height: 1.6em;\"><i>Gilmore RANDOLPH<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In obedience to an order of the Chancery Court, pronounced at Cleveland, Tennessee at the February Term, 1873, I will sell to the highest bidder at the court house door in Cleveland, Tenn., on Saturday, July 6th, 1872, the following land: Thirty-five acres, more or less, in Bradley county, Tennessee, beginning five and a half poles west of the center of the northwest quarter of section six, second township, range one, east of the basis line, Ocoee district, thence north seventy degrees, west 14 \u00bd poles, thence south 20 degrees, west forty poles, thence south 20 degrees, east 100 poles, thence north 70 degrees, west 85 \u00bd poles, thence south 20 degrees, west 20 poles to the beginning. Said land will be sold on six and twelve months time, in equal payments. Note and security, and retaining a lien until paid for.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>W.H.
