Hale Land (1872)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Sheriff Sale<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By virtue of an order of sale, issued from the Circuit Court Clerk\u2019s office of Bradley county, Tennessee, and to me directed, I will sell on the 29th day of June, 1872, for cash, to the highest bidder at the court house door in Cleveland, Tennessee, all the right, title, interest and claim that <\/span><b>B.M. HALE <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">has to the following described land, to-wit: One eighth undivided interest in 320 acres, bounded on the north by <\/span><b>SMITH &amp; HOWELL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019S land, on the west by <\/span><b>Jack BOONE and SMITH<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, on the south by <\/span><b>Polly McSPADDEN<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, being one eighth undivided interest in <\/span><b>Lewis HALE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019S home place, where he formerly lived&#8211; also 80 acres, bounded by <\/span><b>Polly McSPADDEN<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>R. H. BROWN <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and others, all in the 12th civil district of Bradley county, Tenn. Levied on to satisfy a judgement and cost that <\/span><b>A POTTS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> obtained against <\/span><b>B. M. HALE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, before <\/span><b>John H.
