Eliza FITZGERALD<\/i><\/b>, Adm\u2019r of <\/span><\/i>John L. YARNELL<\/i><\/b>, dec\u2019d vs the heirs and creditors of <\/span><\/i>John L. YARNELL<\/i><\/b>, deceased.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n In this cause it appearing from the allegations of the complainants bill that the insolvency of the estate of <\/span>John L YARNELL<\/b>, deceased, has been suggested to the County Court of Hamilton county, Tenn., that the same exceeds one thousand dollars and complainants pray that the administration and settlement of said estate be transferred from said County Court to the Chancery Court of James County. It was ordered by the Chancellor that the administration and settlement of the said estate be transferred from the County Court aforesaid to the Chancery Court of James county, that further proceedings in said County Court, by the Administrator of Creditors of said estate, be strict enjoined: It was further ordered that publication be made, requiring all creditors of said <\/span>John L. YARNELL<\/b>, deceased, to make themselves parties to said suit present their claims for settlement on or before the next term of this court to be held on the 1st Monday of October next, or the same will be forever barred.<\/span><\/p>\n
