IN the Cirtuit Court at Benton<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>State of Tennessee, Polk County,\u00a0<\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Levi MASHBURN<\/strong>, by guardian, <strong>John COUCH<\/strong>, vs <strong>Mathew MASHBURN, Samuel JONES, Thomas MASHBURN<\/strong>,&#8211; MASHBURN, <strong>John CRITTENDON, Matilda CRITTENDON, \u00a0Andrew TRIPLETT <\/strong>and<strong> Mariah TRIPLETT<\/strong><\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because it appears from the allegations in the bill in this cause, which are sworn to, the the defendants John CRITTENDON, Matilda CRITTENDON, \u00a0Andrew TRIPLETT and Mariah TRIPLETT, are non-residents of the State of Tennessee: It is therefore ordered, by the Clerk, that publication be made, in the Cleveland Banner, a newspaper published in the city of Cleveland, Tenn., for four successive weeks, commanding the said John CRITTENDON, Matilda CRITTENDON, \u00a0Andrew TRIPLETT and Mariah TRIPLETT, to appear at the next term of the Circuit Court for Polk county, at the courthouse thereof, in the town of Benton, on the 2nd Monday of May next, and make defense to said bill, or the same will be take for confessed as to them, and set for trial ex parte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>John C.
