HANCOCK<\/strong> and <strong>L.M. DOUGHET<\/strong>, Executors of the Last Will and Testament of <strong>James A. DAVIS,<\/strong> deceased, vs.<strong> Samuel RAULSTON<\/strong> and <strong>Calvin Y. THURMAN<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this cause it appearing from the allegations of complainants bill, which is sworn to, that the defendants, <strong>Samuel RAULSTON<\/strong> and <strong>Calvin Y. THURMAN,<\/strong> are non-residents of the State of Tennessee, so the ordinary process of law cannot be served on them, and his estate having been attached in this cause: It is, therefore, ordered that publication be made for four consecutive weeks, in the Cleveland Banner, a newspaper published in Cleveland, Tennessee, notifying and requiring said non-resident defendants <strong>Samuel RAULSTON<\/strong> and <strong>Calvin Y.
