\nOriginal Attachment and Injunction Bill. <\/b><\/p>\n
M.<\/strong>H. HANCOCK<\/strong> and L.M. DOUGHET<\/strong>, Executors of the Last Will and Testament of James A. DAVIS,<\/strong> deceased, vs. Samuel RAULSTON<\/strong> and Calvin Y. THURMAN<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n In this cause it appearing from the allegations of complainants bill, which is sworn to, that the defendants, Samuel RAULSTON<\/strong> and Calvin Y. THURMAN,<\/strong> are non-residents of the State of Tennessee, so the ordinary process of law cannot be served on them, and his estate having been attached in this cause: It is, therefore, ordered that publication be made for four consecutive weeks, in the Cleveland Banner, a newspaper published in Cleveland, Tennessee, notifying and requiring said non-resident defendants Samuel RAULSTON<\/strong> and Calvin Y. THURMAN<\/strong>, to appear before our Chancery Court, at a court to be held for Polk county, at the court house in Benton on the third Monday of June 1872, and plead, answer, or demur to the complainants bill, or in default the same will be take for confessed and the cause set for hearing ex parte as to them.<\/span><\/p>\n
