C. GERREN<\/strong>, on the South by <strong>S. M. &amp; J. E. GRIGSBY<\/strong> on the west by Francisco, levied on as the property of <strong>James WOODEN<\/strong> to satisfy a Judgement obtained by <strong>David BANDY<\/strong> on the 6<sup>th<\/sup> day of May 1876 against <strong>James WOODEN<\/strong> &amp; <strong>Thomas WOODEN.<\/strong> This July 25, 1876, Isaac LOWE, Sheriff.<\/p>\n<p>In Obedience to a Fi Fa made at the May term 1876 of the Circuit court of Bradley County Tennessee, I will on the 2 day of September next expose to sale for cash in hand at the Court House door in Cleveland said county &amp; State the following described house &amp; town lot to-wit: One town lot Situated in the Sixth ward of Cleveland Bradley County Tennessee, Edwards addition to Cleveland, on the Bates road being in the West end of lot No 16 and conveyed by<strong> F. E. HARDWICK<\/strong> to <strong>J. K. CLINGAN<\/strong> levied on as the property of <strong>J. K. CLINGAN<\/strong> to satisfy a Judgement in favor of the state against <strong>A. J. LANE, Anderson LANE<\/strong> and <strong>J. K.
