RANDOLPH<\/strong>. \u00a0Addresses were then delivered by <strong>Elders Jas. JOHNSTON<\/strong>, <strong>Col. RAMSEY<\/strong> and others, all of whom were prepared fully and did the subject ample justice. \u00a0The duties of the day were promptly transacted, the best of order prevailing.<\/p>\n<p><strong> John BLACKBURN<\/strong> was elected President, and <strong>E.D. RAMSEY<\/strong> secretary of the association, for the ensuing year. Respectfully, &#8212; <strong>S.Y.
