BRANHAM<\/strong>, wife of the late <strong>A.G. BRANHAM<\/strong>, of this city, died very suddenly Friday night at 12 o&#8217;clock at the home of her nephew, <strong>J.R. FERGUSON<\/strong>, in Montgomery County, four miles from Clarksville. \u00a0<strong>Mrs. BRANHAM<\/strong> was on a visit to relatives in that section of the State, and the announcement of her death was a profound shock to her many friends in Nashville and Sumner County. \u00a0She was a gentle, Christian lady and was widely honored and respected. \u00a0She leaves five sons, all well-known citizens. \u00a0The remains will be interred in the family burial grounds in Sumner County, six miles from Gallatin, this afternoon. \u00a0<strong>Rev.
