N. SMITH<\/strong> held by <strong>Rev. JACKSON<\/strong>, proved a success in every respect.<\/li>\n<li>The board members and others present for watch service, enjoyed a New Year&#8217;s gift of fruits from the Sunday school.<\/li>\n<li>The Ebenezer Stock Company, under the directions of <strong>Mr. Henry H. WALKER<\/strong>, played with great success their play, &#8220;A Woman&#8217;s Way,&#8221; for the second time on Monday evening at Prostess Chapel.<\/li>\n<li>A beautiful Christmas paper was written by <strong>Miss Martha LITTLE,<\/strong> student of the Catholic School on Lea avenue, and sent to her sister in Virginia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mrs. Helen CHEATHAM<\/strong>, wife of <strong>Dr. CHEATHAM<\/strong>, a graduate of Meharry, returned to her home in Pine Bluff, Ark.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><i>The Nashville globe.<\/i>\u00a0(Nashville, Tenn.), 11 Jan. 1907.\u00a0<i>Chronicling America: Historic American Newspapers<\/i>.
