WITT vs. Margret J. WITT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Complainant charges in this bill, which is sworn to, that defendant <strong>Margaret J. WITT<\/strong> is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee; It is therefore ordered that publication be made for four successive weeks in the Sweetwater Forerunner, notifying said non-resident defendant to appear at the next term of the Chancery Court to be held at the court house in Madisonville on the First Monday of December next, and make defence [sic] to complaints bill, or the same will be taken for confessed and the cause set for hearing ex parte.<\/p>\n<p>Source:\u00a0The Sweetwater enterprise.
