Wm. H. WISENER Jr. Shoots Express Agent (1871)
Wm. H. WISENER Jr., of Shelbyville, some months since had a difficulty with an Express Agent name STAHLMAN, at Shelbyville, and shot him several times with a revolver. He has just had his trial at Shelbyville, and been sentenced to five years in the penitentiary. He asks for Executive pardon, and failing in that, will appeal to the Supreme Court.
