Valuable Lots for Sale
Mary A. TRAYNOR and others, vs. J.K. CLINGAN and others
In obedience to a decree made by the Chancery Court at the February Term, 1872, at Cleveland, Bradley county, Tennessee, I will sell on the premises on the third day of June, 1872, the following valuable lots in the city of Cleveland, known in the plan of said city as Lot No. 38. Said lot will be sold subject to the incumberance of the dower of Sarah EDWARDS, and on which she now lives and owns a life estate–also one lot containing about one acre, near Cleveland, Bradley county, Tennessee, in the plan and lots laid on my Thomas H. CALLOWAY, bounded on the northeast by the lot formerly occupied by Joseph N. BELL, on the southeast by the lot formerly occupied by L.M. JONES, and on the west and east by the land formerly owned by Thomas H CALLOWAY. Said lots will be sold on six and twelve months time, in equal installments, and in the bar of the equity of redemption, with note and security retaining a lien until the purchase money is paid.
