Sheriff Sale
By virtue of an order of sale, issued from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Bradley county, and to me directed, I will, on the 29th day of June, 1872, sell to the highest bidder, for cash, at the courthouse door in Cleveland, Tennessee, all the right, title, interest and demand, that J.B. HUNT has in and to the following described land, to-wit” 80 acres, in the northeast quarter of section 8, township 2, and range 1, east of the basis line, and in the southeast and northwest part of lands aforesaid, with the exception of one half acre that has been deeded to Liberty Meeting house, and also forty acres, the northeast corner of the northeast quarter of section 8, township 2, and range 1, east of the basis line. Levied on as the property of J. B. HUNT to satisfy a judgment and cost that G. DeFORD obtained against him before Wm I. CAMPBELL, Esq.
