Sheriff Sale
By virtue of an order of sale, issued from the Circuit Court Clerk’s office of Bradley county, Tennessee, and to me directed, I will sell on the 29th day of June, 1872, for cash, to the highest bidder at the court house door in Cleveland, Tennessee, all the right, title, interest and claim that B.M. HALE has to the following described land, to-wit: One eighth undivided interest in 320 acres, bounded on the north by SMITH & HOWELL’S land, on the west by Jack BOONE and SMITH, on the south by Polly McSPADDEN, being one eighth undivided interest in Lewis HALE’S home place, where he formerly lived– also 80 acres, bounded by Polly McSPADDEN, R. H. BROWN and others, all in the 12th civil district of Bradley county, Tenn. Levied on to satisfy a judgement and cost that A POTTS obtained against B. M. HALE, before John H. SMITH, Esq.
