Trustee’s Sale
By virtue of a deed of trust, executed by Albert A. McCALLIE, to me dated on the 25th day of August, 1869, and registered in book S, page 208 and 210, of the register office of Hamilton county, Tennessee, I will expose to sale on Saturday, Fourth Day of May, 1872. on the premises, to the highest bidder, for cash, to be sold in bar of the equity of redemption, the following describe lands, to-wit: The undivided interest said A A McCALLIE has in and to the tract or parcel of land that the late Robert McCALLIE, deceased, seized and possessed of, it being and lying in James county, Tennessee, formerly Hamilton county, lying on the waters of Grasshopper Creek, adjoining the land of Connor SMITH, Joseph TALLY and others.
