Runaway Negro List. Lincoln County. FRANK, very black, 5 ft 2 or 3 in high, 18 or 20 yrs old, thick lips, sour countenance, speaks slow and not distinct, hand on new brown jeans pants, coat of somewhat wor, old wool hat; to COL. SHED, Coffee Co., Tenn. Committed March 1851.
