Message from the Census Taker (1851)
Having been elected by the county court of Lincoln Co, Census Taker, under a recent Act of the Legislature, I will attend the appointments published by the Tax Collector to obtain the number of the Voting Population of this county. I hope those concerned will do me the favor to meet me then and there. D.B. COOPER
