McNELLY, Robert – (d. 1882)
We regret to chronicle the death of Robert McNELLY, editor of the Cleveland (Tenn.) Banner. He was extensively known throughout the State as a practical newspaper man. He wielded a trenchant pen, was pungent, spicy and to the point. He leaves a large circle of friends. He died on pneumonia fever on the 7th inst.
