d, and others, heirs at law of J. H. JOHNSTON deceased 

In this cause it appearing that from the allegations in the bill, which is sworn to, that the defendants Andrew J. DUNCAN, Keziah DUNCAN, Samuel H. JOHNSTON, Jackson DUNCAN, Arch DUNCAN, Esther DUNCAN, Elizabeth EDWARDS, Margaret HORTON, Keziah A. JOHNSTON, Sarah J. JOHNSTON, are non-residents of the State of Tennessee, it is therefore ordered that publication be made, for four successive weeks, in the Cleveland Banner, notifying and requiring said non-resident defendants to appear before the Chancery Court, at a Court to be held at the courthouse in the town of Benton, Polk county, Tennessee, on the 3d Monday of June, 1872. ad plead, answer or demur, or otherwise make defense to said bill, or in default the same will be take for confessed and set for ex parte.
