Title: Chancery Sale
In obedience to an interlocutory decree of the Chancery Court at Ripley, Tenn., at its December Term, 1856, I will sell to the highest bidder on Monday, Feb 2d, 1857, at the Court House doer in the town of Ripley, a tract of Land belonging to the estate of John MULLINS. Said land lies within three miles of Ripley, and has about forty acres cleared, fenced, and in cultivation, very good houses, &c. TERMS – One-half cash, the balance on a line of credit until the first of December, 1857; note and good security, and a lien upon the land. — Henry H. RICHARDSON, Clerk and Master
