Mary A. TRAYNOR, administratrix, &c., vs J.K. CLINGAN, adm’r &c.
AT the February Term, 1872, of the Chancery Court at Cleveland, Tenn., it was ordered by the court that an account be taken in the above cause between all the parties after giving the usual notice: In obedience to said order, I notify all parties interested in any of said suits, or having claims against the estate of A.A. CLINGAN, dec’d, to appear at the office of the Clerk & Master in the court house in Cleveland, Tenn., on Friday, July 5th, 1872, for the purpose of taking an account as above stated.
