Complaints Bill Against Franklin Irvin (1872)

In the County Court, Benton, Tennessee

Elizabeth LUSK, Martha A. IRVIN and Rachel IRVIN vs Franklin IRVIN, Mark IRVIN, Rhetta KINSER and husband Clay KINSER, Mary IRVIN and John Alvin IRVIN.

In this cause it appearing from the allegation in the complainants bill that Franklin IRVIN, one of the defendants, is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee: It is ordered by the County Court of Polk county that said Franklin IRVIN be required to appear before the County Court  of Polk county at Benton Tennessee, on the first Monday in July, 1872, and make defense to said bill or the same will be taken for confessed and the cause set for hearing ex parte as to him: It is further ordered that this order be published in the Cleveland Banner for four successive weeks.
