By virtue of an order of sale, issued from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Bradley county, and to me directed, I will, on the 29th day of June, 1872, sell to the highest bidder, for cash, at the courthouse door in Cleveland, Tennessee, all the right, title, interest and demand, that G.M.D. SHELTON & Clinton JACK has in and to the following town lot, to-wit: Lot No.3, in the town of Cleveland, Bradley county, Tenn., bounded by the lands of T.H. CALLOWAY, on the east by Mary A. WELCHELL, fronting 56 feet, and running back one hundred and five feet—Levied on as the property of SHELTON & JACK to satisfy a judgment and cost that EWING & Co., obtained against them before Wm. I. CAMPBELL, Esq.
