TAYLOR–Frances B. (d. 1968)
Frances B. TAYLOR, 72, 606 Broad Street, died at her home about 4 a.m. Monday. Born in Church Hill, Mrs. TAYLOR spent most of her life in Cleveland, Ohio, New York City, and Washington, D.C., returning to Kingsport about four years ago. She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Survivors include her husband, Folsom B. TAYLOR of Mountain Home, Tenn., and four cousins.
