Kerr the following Property to wit One negro girl named Betty also land and other property and one hundred dollars in Cash which he has received all of which I allow to be his part of my Estate<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2nd I have given to my son Francis B. Kerr the following property to wit) one negro Boy named John and land and other property and one hundred dollars in Cash which he has received all of which I allow to be his part of my Estate<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3rd I have given to my Daughter Lucinda McKenzy the following property to wit ) one negro girl named Mary with other property and one hundred dollars in Cash which her heirs has received which I allow to be her part of my Estate<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4th I have given my son Isaac P. Kerr the following property to wit) one negro boy named Manual and other property &amp; land &amp; one hundred dollars in Cash which he has received which I allow to be his part of my Estate<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5th I loan my property of Every description to my beloved Wife Mary Kerr during her life time or widow hood land and all my stock household &amp; kitchen furniture But anytime she may advance to her three children Jas H. Kerr Nancy Ann Ezell and John W. Kerr so she makes them Equal advancements and at the death of my beloved wife Mary Kerr I direct that my Estate be Equally divided between James H. Kerr Nancy Ann Ezell and John W. Kerr<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6th the property or money that my beloved wife Mary Kerr inherited from her Father\u2019s Estate and money made by her I acknowledge to be her Seperate Estate amounting to Thirty five hundred dollars more or less I leave that for her to do as she pleases with<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7th I hereby nominate and appoint Cary Gilbert&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; William S. Ezell and John W.
