E. MARBERRY is at his father&#8217;s very sick with congestion. Mr. A. L. COBB has an increase in his family; mother and baby are doing well and A. L. is all smiles, it&#8217;s a boy.<\/p>\n<p>LOCAL NEWS &#8212; The late V. B. SEVIER joined the Knights of Honor June 16th, 1883; was insured for $2000, and paid to the order up to the time of his death, $1085. 54. Robert E. KING Esq., is sick with slow fever at his residence on Washington street.<\/p>\n<p>DR. JOHN W. HAYS &#8212; at one time a resident of this county and who has relatives here now, committed suicide at Eureka Springs, Ark., last Monday by taking morphine.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">SOCIAL AND PERSONAL<\/span> &#8212;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Miss Lizzie O&#8217;MAHONEY of Memphis is visiting her aunt Mrs. S. J. SMITH.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Mrs. John R. BOND was called to Hygeia Sunday on account of the sickness of her daughter of her daughter, Miss Mamie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Mrs. J. M. COX and three of her children left Tuesday for Tuscumbia. Ala., on a visit to her father, W. T.
