Anderson"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Book 2, Page 36<br \/>\nProven: September Term, 1867<\/p>\n<p>Copy of Last Will and Testament &#8230; and is in the words and figures following to wit:<\/p>\n<p>In the Name of God Amen.<\/p>\n<p>I <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sarah T. Anderson<\/span> of the County of Hawkins and State of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make ordain publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, That is to say:<\/p>\n<p>First, after all my lawful debts are paid, the residue of my estate, real and personal I give as follows, to wit:<\/p>\n<p>to my beloved sister <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Matilda Hord<\/span> one half, the other half equally divided between sister <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nancy Eidson<\/span> and sister <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Polly Wyatt<\/span>,<\/p>\n<p>likewise I make constitute and appoint <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Thomas E.
