I Jane B. Armstrong<\/span> of Hawkins County, Tennessee being of sound disposing mind and memory do make, publish, declare the following to be my land will and testament.<\/p>\n First – It is my will and desire that out of the first monies that may come into the hands of my executor hereinafter named my funeral expenses and my just debts should be paid.<\/p>\n Secondly – It is my will and desire, and I do bequeath all my estate, or property whether it consists of money, notes, bonds or any other kind of property whatever or whether it be in my possession or in the possession of any other person to my three sisters to wit: Betsy M.<\/span>, Sarah Ann<\/span> and Minerva Armstrong<\/span> to be equally divided between them share and share alike and if either of them should not survive me then in that case it is my will and I do direct that my real estate shall be divided between the survivors and if but one of said sisters shall be living at the time of my death then she shall hold in severally all my estate and if none of my said sisters survive me then I will and bequeath all my estate to my brother James G. Armstrong<\/span> absolutely.<\/p>\n Lastly – I do hereby appoint my said brother James G. Armstrong<\/span> my executor of this my last will and testament.
