[<em>sic<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>In the name of God, Amen.<\/p>\n<p>I, <b>Rebecca Burton<\/b>, do make and publish this my last will and testament.<\/p>\n<p>First. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon as possible after my death out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly. I will and bequeath to my daughter <b>Elizabeth <\/b>all my interest in one tract of land containing 25 acres.<\/p>\n<p>Thirdly. I will all my personal property to my daughter <b>Elizabeth<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>I hereby set my hand and seal to this my last will. July 17, 1859.<\/p>\n<p><b>Rebecca<\/b> [<em>X<\/em>]<b> Burton<\/b> (her mark)<\/p>\n<p>Signed, sealed and published in our presence and we have subscribed our names in the presence of the Testator.
