July the seventh day, 1859. [sic<\/em>]<\/p>\n In the name of God, Amen.<\/p>\n I, Rebecca Burton<\/b>, do make and publish this my last will and testament.<\/p>\n First. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon as possible after my death out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.<\/p>\n Secondly. I will and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth <\/b>all my interest in one tract of land containing 25 acres.<\/p>\n Thirdly. I will all my personal property to my daughter Elizabeth<\/b>.<\/p>\n I hereby set my hand and seal to this my last will. July 17, 1859.<\/p>\n Rebecca<\/b> [X<\/em>] Burton<\/b> (her mark)<\/p>\n Signed, sealed and published in our presence and we have subscribed our names in the presence of the Testator.
