\nProven: Sept. Term, 1856<\/p>\n
I, John Burchell<\/b> do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all wills by me at any other time made.<\/p>\n
First. I direct my funeral expenses to be paid as soon as possible after my death out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor<\/p>\n
Secondly. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sally Hicks <\/b>one dollar.<\/p>\n
Third. I bequeath to my son John Burchell<\/b> one dollar.<\/p>\n
Fourth. I bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Barr<\/b> one dollar.<\/p>\n
Fifth. I bequeath to my daughter Nancy Davis<\/b> one dollar.<\/p>\n
Sixth. I bequeath to my daughter Jane Collins<\/b> one dollar.<\/p>\n
Seventh. I bequeath to my daughter Catherine Burchell <\/b>one dollar.<\/p>\n
Eighth. I bequeath to my wife Rebecca Burchell <\/b>all the remainder of my estate consisting of horses, cattle, hogs, sheep, household and kitchen furniture, farming utensils and all the present growing crop…consisting of corn, wheat and other vegetables.<\/p>\n
Lastly. I do nominate and appoint George Phillips<\/b> my Executor.<\/p>\n
In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal This 29th day of June, 1856.<\/p>\n
