In the Name of God, Amen.<\/p>\n
I, John Bolin<\/b> of Hawkins County, State of East Tennessee, being sick of body but of sound disposing memory, do resign my soul to Almighty God who gave it and after a decent burial my will is that all my just debts be paid and the balance of my worldly goods I give and bequeath as follows:<\/p>\n
Item. I give and bequeath to my beloved Father and Mother all my land together with all my crop and all other property I possess during their lives, and after their death…<\/p>\n
Item. My will and desire is that James Bolin<\/b> should live with his father and mother and take care of them as long as the live and at their death for James Bolin<\/b> to have all the said property that is left.<\/p>\n
I acknowledge this to be my last will and testament. July 29, 1839.<\/p>\n
I appoint James Bolin<\/b> my Executor.<\/p>\n
