I, <b>Chrisley Everhart<\/b> have this day published this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows, to wit:<\/p>\n<p>First. My will and desire is as soon after my decease as practicable, I desire that all my household and kitchen furniture of every kind, all my farming tools that belong to the farm of every kind, all of my stock of each and every kind except that which I will hereafter mention be sold, and out of the proceeds thereof all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.<\/p>\n<p>Second. I give and bequeath to my wife <b>Lizzy Everhart <\/b>my cupboard and furniture that belongs to the cupboard. I give to her one cow, and my flax wheel.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly. I give to my three sons all my tract of land (Viz) <b>John Everhart, William Everhart<\/b> and <b>Samuel Everhart<\/b>, to be equally divided between them. I also give to my son <b>William <\/b>my wagon and the gearing that belong to it and no more.<\/p>\n<p>Third. I give to my son <b>Jacob<\/b> one dollar of my Estate and no more.<\/p>\n<p>Fourth. I give to my son <b>James<\/b> one dollar of my Estate and no more.<\/p>\n<p>Fifth. I desire that after all my property is sold and all my just debts are collected and expenses paid, then the balance of the proceeds be equally divided between my three daughters, <b>Elizabeth Spears <\/b>and her heirs, <b>Sarah Stewart<\/b> and daughter <b>Polly Everhart <\/b>and my grand daughter <b>Anny Smith.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sixth.
