In 1853, Andrew was indicted for the murder of Alexander LOCKERMAN. Andrew and LOCKERMAN were drunk at a fourth of July picnic and there was a fight.\u00a0 Andrew stabbed LOCKERMAN and left for two years.\u00a0 He was found in Arkansas and brought back to Illinois for the trial.\u00a0 He was found guilty and was suppose to hang.\u00a0 His sentences was commuted to life in prison but there was a riot and he was killed.
