Proven: April 2, 1877<\/p>\n
I George E. Williams<\/span> do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at anytime made.<\/p>\n First — I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed or may first come into the hands of my executors.<\/p>\n Secondly — I give and bequeath to my wife Mary A. Williams<\/span> all the rights and title held by me in a certain house and lot situated in the twelfth civil district of Knox County, near Knoxville in what is known as Ramsey<\/span>‘s addition to Knoxville.<\/p>\n Lastly — I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Mary A. Williams<\/span> my Executor.<\/p>\n In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand this the third day of February one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven.<\/p>\n George E. Williams<\/span><\/p>\n Signed and published in our presence and we have subscribe our names in the presence of the testator.
