Proven: Sept. Term, 1853<\/p>\n
I John H. Fain<\/span> do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all wills by me at any time heretofore made.<\/p>\n First. I will and bequeath that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of the first money that may come into the hands of my Executor.<\/p>\n Secondly. I will and bequeath to my brother George G. Fain<\/span> Two hundred dollars.<\/p>\n Thirdly. I will and bequeath to my brother Hiram Fain<\/span>, one hundred dollars.<\/p>\n Fourth. I will and bequeath to my sister Nancy McCarty<\/span> formerly Nancy Fain<\/span> Fifty dollars.<\/p>\n Fifth. I will and bequeath to my sister Eliza R. Powel<\/span> formerly Eliza R. Fain<\/span>, Fifty dollars.<\/p>\n Sixth. And whatever may remain after satisfying the above bequests, I will and bequeath that the same shall be equally divided between my brothers Hiram Fain<\/span>, Richard G. Fain<\/span> and George G. Fain<\/span>.<\/p>\n Lastly, I appoint George G. Fain<\/span> my Executor.<\/p>\n In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal This 26th day of August, 183.<\/p>\n John H. Fain<\/p>\n Signed, sealed and published in our presence and we have subscribed our names in the presence of the Testator.
