Forgey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Will Book ___, Page 196<br \/> Proven: Jan&#8217;y Term, 1854<\/p>\n<p> Calling to mind the uncertainty of human life, I make this my last Will and Testament in the following manner:<\/p>\n<p> I appoint my wife Executrix to have full power to manage my property without security, and in the first place that she pay all my just debts.<\/p>\n<p>And I further give all my property, notes, cash and all claims to my beloved wife, except hereafter mentioned in this my will.<\/p>\n<p> I give the East end of my farm, the line to run with fence on through straight between the large field joining <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">C. C. Miller<\/span> and the flat field on the road, to my son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Gabriel<\/span> at the death of my wife.<\/p>\n<p>I give my daughters each a horse, saddle and bridle, or one hundred dollars in cash, as my wife may choose,<\/p>\n<p>and also that each of my daughters have two servants girls to be selected by my wife.<\/p>\n<p>Given under my hand and seal the date above written.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> J.
