Fulkerson"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Will Book ___, Page 192<br \/> Proven: April Term, 1849<\/p>\n<p> I <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">James L. Fulkerson<\/span> do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.<\/p>\n<p> First. I give &amp; bequeath to my wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Alice G. Fulkerson<\/span> all my personal property, household and kitchen furniture, beds &amp; bedding, all the cash and all the debts due to me, and out of which I direct her to pay all the debts owed by me.<\/p>\n<p> Secondly. I give and bequeath to my wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Alice G.<\/span> the lot of ground bought by me from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Wm. R. Armstrong<\/span> on the street opposite Doctor <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">H. Walker<\/span>,<\/p>\n<p>the plantation owned by me in Grainger County, Tennessee, formerly owned by my father <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Abram Fulkerson<\/span> and where now resides [<span style=\"font-style: italic\">sic<\/span>] to be sold and out of sale $1,400. shall first be paid over to my wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Alice G.<\/span>,<\/p>\n<p>and whatever over that amount the land may sell for to be placed in the hands of my brothers <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sam&#8217;l V. Fulkerson<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Francis M. Fulkerson<\/span> as Trustees who will loan out on safe security the amount received by them at the close of each year thereafter to pay all the interest accruing on said amount to my mother <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Margaret Fulkerson<\/span> during her lifetime for her sole benefit and use,<\/p>\n<p> and at her death I bequeath the principal to my two sisters <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Harriet<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Catharine Fulkerson<\/span>, to be equally divided between them.<\/p>\n<p> Lastly. I do hereby nominate &amp; appoint my wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Alice G. Fulkerson<\/span> Executrix and brother <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sam&#8217;l V. Fulkerson<\/span> Executor.<\/p>\n<p>In witness whereof I do to his my last Will set my hand and seal. This 31st day of January 1849.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">James L.
