Be it remembered that I, Daniel Flora<\/span>, of the County of Hawkins and State of Tenn., being weak in body but of sound mind and memory, do make this my last Will and Testament.<\/p>\n First. My will and desire is that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid and satisfied out of my Estate.<\/p>\n Secondly. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy<\/span> all my estate of every description whatever, consisting principally of horse beasts, cattle, hogs, some farming utensils and household furniture,<\/p>\n and do hereby nominate and appoint my said beloved wife Nancy<\/span> Executrix of this my last Will and Testament,<\/p>\n and my will and desire is that my Executrix be not required to give and security for the due execution of this my said last Will and testament.<\/p>\n In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal This 25th day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty.<\/p>\n Daniel<\/span> [X<\/span>] Flora<\/span> (seal) (his mark)<\/p>\n Signed, sealed and acknowledged in the presence of us:<\/p>\n S.
