I, George Felkner<\/span> of the County of Hawkins and State of Tennessee, being afflicted in body but yet sound in mind and feeling sensibly the uncertainty of this mortal life & the certainty of death, do make this my last Will and Testament.<\/p>\n First. My desire & will is that after my death my mortal remains be decently interred & that my funeral expenses be defrayed.<\/p>\n 2nd. That my just debts be paid, then my property real and personal be disposed of in the following manner:<\/p>\n 1st. I bequeath unto my wife Susan Felkner<\/span> all my lands during her widowhood, but should she marry again my will is that she have her Dower as allowed by law & then my children to have their share in the lands laid off to them respectively.<\/p>\n 2nd.
