To my two sons <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Samuel<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">William<\/span>, I bequeath the plantation I now live on, to them and their heirs forever, with all my lands adjoining said tract, to be equally divided between them, they are to maintain my wife decently during her life.<\/p>\n<p> To my daughter <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nancy McCollough<\/span> I give and bequeath my negro girl <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Eliza<\/span>, to her and her heirs forever.<\/p>\n<p>To my daughter <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sally Argenbright<\/span> I give and bequeath my negro child named <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sid<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Should my negro woman <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Jin<\/span> have any children hereafter, I give and bequeath the first born to my daughter <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Prudence Finley<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Should she not have any more children, I give and bequeath her to my daughter <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Prudence Finley<\/span> at the decease of my wife.<\/p>\n<p>I give and bequeath my negro woman <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Jin<\/span> to my wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Prudence<\/span> to dispose of as she thinks proper, her and her issue except such as is heretofore disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>To my wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Prudence<\/span> I give and bequeath the buildings where I now live with all the movable property to dispose of as she thinks proper.<\/p>\n<p>And lastly, I appoint my wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Prudence<\/span> and my son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Samuel Finley<\/span> to be my sold Executors of this my last Will and Testament.<\/p>\n<p>Given under my hand and seal This twenty third day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fourteen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">James Finley<\/span> (seal)<\/p>\n<p> Witness:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">G.
